As Founder of Steady State Geothermal and Green Property Funds, Craig Immel operates businesses that combine his interests in the environment, natural resources, energy, real estate and construction. Craig holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Oklahoma State University. Craig is a LEED Accredited Professional and IGSHPA accredited geothermal installer. Craig was recognized as one of Oklahoma Magazine's "40 under 40" 2012 Class of outstanding young professionals, and received the OSU Environmental Science 2011 Green Award for Sustainability. Craig is an experienced speaker, writer and reliable media resource on issues related to sustainability in the built environment, healthy homes, commercial real estate and renewable energy. Craig serves as Board Chair for the Oklahoma Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and is the Immediate Past Chair of the USGBC South Central Regional Committee.
